Please remember it’s often essential to pre-book attraction entry tickets and make table reservations for popular restaurants and eateries.

If you’re using public transport, South Staffordshire is well served by bus routes and networks. Be sure to read the Travel Information section to help you plan your journeys, and don’t forget to check the weather! You’ll find lots of information on getting here and getting around the area.

For those travelling by car, you’ll find parking easy in most villages and top attractions. Check out our Travel Information section for locations of car parks in village centres and to find out more about destinations with accessibility guides, quiet rooms and areas, toilet facilities, and much more.

Whether you’re planning a family day out, a nature escape, or a journey through history, start your stay with a visit to the Codsall Community Hub, housing the South Staffordshire District Council’s information desk. Open weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm (10 am on Wednesdays), its friendly staff can assist with local guidance, maps, entry tickets and advice for exploring the area.
