Submit Your Event

Please use the form below to submit your tourism event to the Visit Staffordshire website.

Please note an oblong photograph is mandatory; the event will be rejected and will not be published to the website if you do not upload a suitable image with your submission. 

Photos must be landscape orientation (oblong) and measure 1220 pixels wide x 664 pixels high. 

If you have any problems submitting an event, re-sizing the photo or have an enquiry relating specifically to events then please email the Visit Staffordshire team on tourism@staffordshire.gov.uk

Once submitted, the event will be forwarded to us for moderation. Please note that we cannot always respond immediately to event submissions, and at busy times it may take a few days before your event is published. If for any reason your event does not meet the necessary criteria, we will drop you an email telling you why.

If you are running an event in Staffordshire that is of interest to visitors, which you would like to be included on the Visit Staffordshire website estate, please complete the form below. If your event takes place in Staffordshire Moorlands, South Staffordshire, Newcastle-under-Lyme or Tamworth, it will also be published to the relevant microsite.

Please ensure you have included the event name, date, time, and duration and completed all sections marked with an asterix *.
