Halloween 2025 Competition Terms & Conditions

• This competition is open to all UK mainland residents aged 18 years or over, except for employees of Visit Staffordshire, Staffordshire County Council and anyone connected with the competition.
• By entering the competition, participants agree: a) to be bound by these terms and conditions; b) that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win the prize; and c) that should they win the prize, their name and likeness may be used by Visit Staffordshire for promotional purposes.
• All entrants must supply to Visit Staffordshire their full name, postal address and email address. Visit Staffordshire will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without permission.
• Winners will be chosen by Visit Staffordshire after the closing date.
• Prize is as stated, and cannot be exchanged. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.
• Visit Staffordshire’s decision is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
• Winners will be notified by email within seven days of the close of the promotion, therefore it is the participant’s responsibility to check their messages after the prize draw closing date.
• Visit Staffordshire reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, or alter, or amend the competition promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.
• If a winner or winners cannot be contacted within seven days of the closing date of the competition, Visit Staffordshire reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up, or to re-offer the prize in any future Visit Staffordshire promotion.
• Visit Staffordshire excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from their entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner arising from their acceptance of the prize.
• The promotion is subject to the laws of England.

The prizes:

• The prizes are: five pairs of Adult Night Terror Passes for Statfold Scream Park, at Statfold Country Park from Thursday 23rd October to Saturday 1st November 2025.
• The competition closes at 23:59 on Friday 24th October 2025. Entries submitted after this time are ineligible and will not be considered.
• The winners will be chosen at random and notified by Monday 27th October 2025.
• Please keep your passes safe as neither the promotor, nor the participating attractions, can replace lost/misplaced/stolen passes, except under exceptional circumstances which may incur a charge.
• The operator takes no responsibility for refused entry as a result of presentation on non-applicable or invalid opening dates or times.
• Please check individual attractions' websites for full details prior to visit.
• There will be no cash alternative to the prize.
• Winner must be 18+. Entry is strictly 14 years and over. All visitors aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to comply with Statfold Scream Park’s health and safety policies. ID may be required on arrival as proof of age. 
• Statfold Scream Park reserves the right to amend age restrictions at any time if deemed necessary for safety or operational reasons.
• By attending Statfold Scream Park, you acknowledge that photography and filming may occur across the event for promotional use. This may include inside attractions, queue lines, and outdoor areas. By entering, you grant permission for your image to be used in future marketing by Laughing Bulldog Events Ltd and Statfold Narrow Gauge Museum Trading Ltd without compensation.
• Statfold Scream Park is a live scare experience designed to thrill and terrify. Appropriate clothing is required at all times (tops, bottoms, and footwear must be worn). Anyone wearing offensive, inappropriate or unsafe clothing may be refused entry without refund. Our scare attractions take place outside and therefore may feature mud and dirt, and be subject to rain, wind etc. Statfold Scream Park accepts no responsibility for any damage to clothing or loss of personal belongings during your visit to the attraction.
• Footwear must be suitable for a live, outdoor event — high heels or open-toe shoes are NOT recommended.
• Oversized bags and loose items cannot be taken inside attractions. Halloween masks are permitted onsite, but must be removed in queue lines and throughout the attractions.
• Please note our scare attractions use strobe lighting, smoke effects, loud noises, darkness, confined spaces, uneven flooring, and live actors. These experiences are not recommended for those with epilepsy, heart conditions, respiratory issues, claustrophobia, severe anxiety, or during pregnancy.
• Guests must be able to navigate attractions on foot without assistance.
