Summer Competition 2026 Competition Terms & Conditions

  • This competition is open to all UK mainland residents aged 18 years or over, except for employees of Visit Staffordshire, Staffordshire County Council and anyone connected with the competition.
  • By entering the competition, participants agree: a) to be bound by these terms and conditions; b) that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win the prize; and c) that should they win the prize, their name and likeness may be used by Visit Staffordshire for promotional purposes.
  • All entrants must supply to Visit Staffordshire their full name, postal address and email address. Visit Staffordshire will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without permission.
  • Winners will be chosen by Visit Staffordshire after the closing date.
  • Prize is as stated, and cannot be exchanged. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.
  • Visit Staffordshire’s decision is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
  • Winners will be notified by email within seven days of the close of the promotion, therefore it is the participant’s responsibility to check their messages after the prize draw closing date.
  • Visit Staffordshire reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, or alter, or amend the competition promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.
  • If a winner or winners cannot be contacted within seven days of the closing date of the competition, Visit Staffordshire reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up, or to re-offer the prize in any future Visit Staffordshire promotion.
  • Visit Staffordshire excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from their entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner arising from their acceptance of the prize.
  • The promotion is subject to the laws of England.

The prizes:

  • The prizes are: four tickets for a performance of either The Railway Children (18th July, 2.30pm), Romeo & Juliet (25th July, 2.30pm) OR King Arthur & The Holy Fail! (31st July, 6.30pm) at Bolton Gate Arts, Bolton Gate Farm, Leek Road, Weston Coyney, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST3 5BD 
  • The competition closes at 5pm on Friday 3rd July 2026. Entries submitted after this time are ineligible and will not be considered.
  • The winners will be chosen at random and notified by Monday 6th July 2026.
  • Please keep your passes safe as neither the promotor, nor the participating attractions, can replace lost/misplaced/stolen passes, except under exceptional circumstances which may incur a charge.
  • The operator takes no responsibility for refused entry as a result of presentation on non-applicable or invalid opening dates or times.
  • Please check individual attractions' websites for full details prior to visit.
  • There will be no cash alternative to the prize.
