Business Lodge Stoke - based in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent - has announce an aim to double the amount of office space at their recently refurbished building. The news follows a successful first year for the establishment.

Business Lodge provides flexible working space, meeting and conference rooms, on-site parking, CCTV, a free gym, state-of-the-art data connectivity, as well as catering and leisure facilities. Since opening last year 'Trent House', located on Victoria Road, has become home to numerous growing companies, including Abzorbed Events, Allocate Software, Uniting Peope and Jack's Recruitment.

After the Business Lodge's prosperous first year, the firm have announce plans to commence the second-phase of the development. The second-phase will see further refurbishment at the building with 175 new work stations being installed - taking the total capacity to 325. Work on the new offices is expected to be complete by the end of this month.

Managing Director of Business Lodge Stoke, Kate Holt, commented on the announcement:

On completion of phase two, a business expo will be held at the facility - inviting companies to take a look at the new work spaces.

"We know that many businesses will be keen to see what we have done with the first floor, so we are planning an expo which we will open to local businesses in April.
"We are sure it will be a huge success.
