A growing roofing contractor has relocated to bigger premises in Stoke-on-Trent.
Alsager Roofing (Cheshire) Ltd has moved out of its former base in Radway Green, Crewe, into a new base on the Newfield Industrial Estate in Tunstall.
The company has taken a five-year lease on the 3,029 sq ft warehouse and office building to accommodate its current expansion.
John Glover, director at Alsager Roofing, said: "We had outgrown our existing premises and the location of Newfield Industrial Estate is ideal to serve our customers across the region and meet the needs of our expanding business."
Newfield Industrial Estate was sold to Network Space Investments earlier this year, having previously been owned by Hanley-based Sandyford Properties.
The estate boasts 125,000 sq ft of business space across nine acres of land. It is home to 20 businesses including global corporate Air Liquid, Grenville Engineering and live music venue Eleven.
Following the recent deal with Alsager Roofing, only one 124 sq ft office suite and one 2,000 sq ft unit remain available, alongside a secure car park and yard, for let.
Jan Brindle, property and asset manager at NSM – which manages the site and secured the recent letting – said: "It's great to welcome Alsager Roofing, another successful local businesses to this thriving community at Newfield.
"A popular and well-managed site, it remains in great demand and I suspect our final office suite and industrial unit will be swiftly taken up."
