We were delighted to announce key redevelopments to make Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire a better place to live, work and invest. Key highlights include the new Stoke-on-Trent City redevelopment which will see a new multi-storey car park, residential development and leisure facilities inclusing food, drink, hotel & event space. Following this, The Stafford Western Extension project hit a crucial milestone as a new river road bridge was installed. The new road will enable millions of pounds worth of new housing and business development to take place and ease congestion.
2020 has been the year of working from home and many businesses were re-assessing their office space requirements. We launched our online property search service to help find more affordable, flexible and well connected office space for businesses.
An exciting anniversary was celebrated as we looked back at five years of the Ceramic Valley Enterprise Zone. During the past five years, we've seen a £2m transformation of industrial space. It is now home to 22 businesses and has created 1000 jobs adding £18.55m GVA to the economy.
