Businesses not currently based in Stafford and looking to relocate to the town centre will not have to pay any business rates, up to a maximum of AL10,000, if they chose to relocate to vacant accommodation in:
- Crabbery Street
- Gaolgate Street
- Gaolgate Place
- Guildhall Shopping Centre
- Princes Street
- Salter Street
- Stafford Street
- Market Street

Businesses will be following in the footsteps of CafA(C) Oatcakes and Milkshakes and Mad Hatters Tea Emporium who have relocated to Chapel Street and Princes Street.
Incentives are also available to set up in Stafford Market.
