Network Space, the developer of the Tunstall Arrow site in Stoke-on-Trent has submitted a detailed planning application to Stoke-on-Trent City Council for a 44,000 sq. ft. warehouse that has already been pre-let to Q-Railing. Also within the application is for a further 99,000 sq. ft. of industrial space.
Stephen Barnes, managing director of development at Network Space, said: “This planning application represents a further key milestone in the delivery of this important scheme and of the Q-Railing unit.
“We continue to work very closely with Q-Railing, Stoke-on-Trent City Council and the enterprise zone team in advancing this important project as we seek to expand Network Spaceas existing 3 million sq ft industrial property portfolio through our development and investment activities.”
Bruce Bradshaw, general manager of Q-Railing, added: “The submission of the planning application represents a significant move forward. We are very hopeful that permission can be granted to allow work to be started soon on this important development for the company.”
