U+I, the owner of Mill Green Designer Outlet Village in Cannock has sold the development prior to any work commencing on site. A consortium consisting of Aviva, the Richardson family and McArthurGlen have signed a deal which will result in the partnership bringing £120 million to the development. U+I and its development partner Rioja Developments will remain as an investor in the project.
