The Staffordshire-based UK arm of a Hong Kong logistics giant is creating more than 300 jobs.
Super Smart Service in Cannock is seeking 325 new staff members in the district.
The company currently leases the largest distribution centre built by Exeter Property Group at Kingswood Lakeside and has now took over the lease of a further two distribution centre units on the site as well as one warehouse facility on Watling Street.
Deputy general manager Charles Lu said: "We appreciate the support provided by Cannock Chase Council lead by Tony McGovern and Staffordshire County Council who made our head quarter relocation and expansion in the local area much easier.
"We would like to play our part in creating more jobs and skill training to the local and regional workforce and support local business communities within Staffordshire."
"Make it Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire also assisted us in providing data that helped us to make the decision to expand the business into Cannock in 2019. They assisted with looking at public transport provision to the area and have referred us to the Skills and Employability team at Staffordshire County Council who are helping us with recruitment of the skills that we need."
Cllr Tony Johnson, portfolio leader for economic development and planning, added: "We welcome this vast expansion in our district.
"The Covid-19 pandemic has seen the economy struggle particularly in Cannock Chase.
"With, many local businesses experiencing major difficulties in the present situation, including enforced closure and the furlough scheme coming to an end in March next year.
"We can expect some very tough times in our local job market. The creation of 325 jobs, will go a long way to help regenerate our local economy."
