Sandyford Properties – who are based in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent – have announced the acquisition of Trentham Trade Park and Trentham Business Quarter from Birmingham-based developer, St Modwen.
Combined, Trentham Trade Park and Trentham Business Quarter enclose 49 office and industrial units (developed between 2008 and 2019) and is home to a number of well-established brands, such as Screwfix, Autoglass, Eurocell and Blue Bay Travel.
Director at Sandyford Properties, Paul Brindley commented:
“Alongside Festival Trade Park, where we also have some property holdings, Trentham Lakes represents one of the best and most popular business locations in the city. It consists of largely smaller units and is an appealing destination for both established local businesses and for national businesses looking for a presence in the area.
“Trentham Lakes represents premium space in the area and bolsters Sandyford’s ability to offer a variety of business space, at a variety of price points, to growing businesses at all points in their development. We hope that this will become a core strategic site for us for many years to come.”
