GMI Construction Group has recently completed a 437,000ft² industrial development at Fradley Park, Lichfield – with the new unit now available for occupancy. The new building, Fradley 437, took 8-months to construct and features 407,000ft² of warehouse space combined with 30,000ft² of CAT A office accommodation.
The development is the latest project to be completed by GMI at the Fradley Park business site (located in Lichfield, Staffordshire), with the construction firm previously developing a 800,000ft² regional distribution centre for Tesco.
