Staffordshire-based company, Emissco have announced a new deal with distinguished chemical supplier, Yara, with the new contract leading to a potential 30 new jobs at Emissco. The exclusive deal will see Emissco bottle and distribute Yara’s ‘AdBlue’ product for customers in the UK & Ireland. AdBlue is a fluid used in diesel exhaust systems to help neutralise harmful chemicals.
Emissco is a relevantly new company, launched by Klarius back in 2018 to diversify services, and to meet growing demand from new and existing customers. Since incorporation, Emissco has operated on the same site in Cheadle, Staffordshire as parent company, Klarius.
The company’s CEO was delighted to reveal the latest developments at Emissco.

“We have geared our business to provide contract services to leading fluid producers, as well as formulate and deliver our own products to the consumer market. It’s great to be announcing a British business success story – particularly in these challenging times.”
The new deal will see Emissco carry out the bottling in-house before delivering AdBlue to retailers, garage forecourts and repair shops across the UK and Ireland.
At the start of the year, Emissco led a recruitment drive for 12 new members of staff, however after the deal with Yara, Mark expects that up to 30 new jobs will be created at Emissco.
Mark added:
“This is a growing market and phenomenal new businesses win for us. We started shipping to Yara customers on 1st April, and at the moment we have recruited people from our core manufacturing business to deliver the contract. In the future, we have plans to open a second production line and introduce a third shift if needed.”
Yara is the world’s largest manufacturer of AdBlue fluid, and is able to boast over 17,000 employees, operations in more than 60 countries and a turnover of more than £10billion.
